8 steps to join EAC

The journey begins with our Inquiry Form—an initial form where you express your interest in becoming part of our school.
Next, parents are given access to our online portal (login and password). Once accessed, parents will need to submit personal information and documents (including report cards for the last three years).
For entry in Upper School or 5th grade second semester, students are required to take an English test. This assesses current proficiency level and ensures that we can offer support effectively.
After you’ve submitted your documents, our Academic Directors and Head of School will carefully review your application.
Enrollment depends on available spots, often determined when students transition out, typically two weeks before school ends. If no spots are available, students are placed on a waiting list and notified when spots are available.
Once vacancy is confirmed, we ask you to provide further details, such as school transfer documents, relevant health information, etc.
To finalize enrollment, you’ll be required to pay the enrollment fee. This secures your spot and signals your commitment to joining the EAC community.
Finally, with all steps complete, you’ll sign a contract. With the contract in place, your enrollment is complete, and you’re officially ready to begin your journey with us!
