Core Qualifications & Expectations:

All candidate submissions must meet the following baseline standards:

  • Commitment to Inclusive Education: Belief in EAC’s inclusive philosophy and full readiness to thrive and collaborate within an inclusive educational environment.
  • Fluent English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English fluency is mandatory for all instructional, co-teaching, and support roles.
  • Teaching Credential: Valid teaching license or professional educator certification.
  • Classroom Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of full-time classroom teaching experience for teachers (international school experience preferred).
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent university degree in Education or relevant subject area.

 

Preferred Attributes & Expertise:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging instruction and adapt strategies for diverse learning profiles and neurodiverse learners.
  • Subject-area specialized degree or Master’s degree in Education/Leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience with the IB Diploma Programme (DP) or Primary Years Programme (PYP).
  • Experience in Montessori methodology (for early childhood roles).
  • Integration of technology into teaching (Google Certified Educator Level 1+ preferred).
